GANTTRY

Terms of service

Effective July 14, 2026 · Ganttry is operated by IT Secure LLC ("we", "us").

These terms govern your use of ganttry.app and the Ganttry application. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. They're written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us at [email protected].

The service

Ganttry is browser-based critical-path scheduling for construction and project teams: schedules, Gantt charts, progress updates, imports and exports (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, CSV, PDF), and team collaboration under per-company accounts. We host it; you reach it at app.ganttry.app.

Accounts and seats

A company subscribes and its admins invite users. A seat is an active (non-disabled) user in your company, including pending invitations. Your admins control who has access; you're responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for what happens under your accounts. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription and billing

Your data

Your schedules and everything your team creates in Ganttry belong to you. You grant us only the license needed to host, back up, transmit, and display that content to your authorized users — that's the whole use. You can export everything at any time in open formats. Our privacy policy describes what we collect and how we protect it.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel any time from License management; access continues through the period you've paid for. After cancellation your schedules remain read-only for 60 days so you can take copies, then they are deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other customers at risk; if we ever discontinue the service, we'll give admins at least 60 days' notice to export.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break or overload the service, probe or bypass its security, access another company's data, misrepresent who you are, use the service to violate the law, or resell access without a partner agreement. We may suspend accounts engaged in any of these.

Availability, warranty, and liability

We aim for the service to be available continuously and back it with monitoring and nightly backups, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and IT Secure LLC about the service and are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IT Secure LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a portion is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; for material changes we'll email account admins before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
