3 people on this schedule right now — zero emailed files

Scheduling software went stagnant. The prices didn't.

The tools running today's biggest projects were designed for one licensed desktop and a printer. Everything around them moved on.

Schedule_Rev7_FINAL(2).mpp

The file shuffle

The schedule lives in an email attachment, and nobody is sure which version is real. Updates mean re-sending the whole file — again.

$2,500+ / user / year

The license ransom

Enterprise schedulers price per license like it's 2003 — so only one person gets one, and everyone else works from stale PDFs.

C:\ one licensed desktop

The one-desktop bottleneck

The schedule opens on exactly one machine. Field, PMs and owners wait in line — or wait for the monthly printout.

Even Microsoft is retiring Project Online this September. It's a good year to move to something that's moving.

One schedule. Everyone on it.

Companies, groups, and roles control who can see each schedule. A person can have a different role in each group.

Your org, mapped

Split a company into groups — regions, divisions, crews. Roles are per membership, so the same person can be an Editor in one group and Field in another. You can open only the schedules your company and group memberships allow.

No silent overwrites

If a teammate saves first, review the differences before you save. Use their version, replace it with yours, or save your work as a separate copy.

Restore an earlier revision

Server revision history, capped at 30 per schedule — a new revision is recorded when the author changes or after a few minutes of edits. Restore any version — your current version is saved to History first — or copy any point into a new schedule.

Everything you left the desktop for

A real scheduling engine — not a task board with a timeline view. Use familiar scheduling tools, including task links, calendars, constraints, and baselines.

Real dependency logic

FS, SS, FF and SF links with lag and lead — MS Project syntax like 12FS+3d. References renumber themselves.

Constraints, float & deadlines

Four constraint types, a CPM backward pass, and negative float that shows up red everywhere it matters.

Named baselines

Save up to five baselines. Compare working-day changes and gray baseline bars with your current plan. Positive variance means later; negative means earlier, as in MS Project.

Monthly progress updates

Set the data date, record actuals in one dialog. Retained logic, out-of-sequence flags — and one Ctrl+Z undoes the round.

Working calendars

Named calendars per task: 6-day paving crews, 4×10 weeks, annual winter shutdowns, holiday rules.

Cost & cash flow

Cost-load tasks and get planned / earned / baseline S-curves, a monthly table, and an extra Excel worksheet.

DCMA health checks

A 13-point schedule-quality audit with editable thresholds and a letterhead PDF report for submittals.

Crew loading

See a crew histogram below the Gantt chart. It shows planned crew by working day. Point to a day to see counts by role.

Bring your current schedule

Ganttry speaks the formats your owners, DOTs and subs already demand. Import the monthly update, review what changed group by group, apply it as one undo step — your notes, colors and costs untouched.

And when someone insists on Microsoft Project, export XML they can open natively. No hostage data, ever.

Every feature. Every user. The admin, the scheduler, and the foreman checking the week's work all cost the same.
