Fair questions

How does the 14-day trial work?

You get the full product — every feature, every export — for 14 days. A card is required. Your paid plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. To manage your plan, open Company in the sidebar of the app, choose your company if asked, then select Manage billing under Billing & licenses. If a partner manages your licenses, contact them. Cancel in time and you pay nothing.

What counts as a user?

Anyone who can sign in. Admins, schedulers and read-mostly field users are all the same $20 — there are no per-role tiers. Deactivate someone and their license is free to reassign the same day.

Will the price change?

Current pricing is $20/user/month. Your rate is locked for 12 months from signup, and we will always notify you well before any renewal changes.

Do we need to install or host anything?

No. Ganttry runs in the browser — any browser, any OS. (Enterprise customers who want their own branding or a self-hosted or private deployment: talk to us.)

Can we bring schedules from MS Project or P6?

Yes. Import MS Project XML and Primavera P6 XER directly, or CSV/Excel with a mapping wizard. Monthly updates re-import in place without touching your notes, colors and costs. And you can always export back to MS Project XML.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Export everything, anytime — JSON, XML, Excel, CSV; your data is never hostage. After cancellation your projects stay available for 60 days so you can grab anything you missed, then they are deleted, together with the plan last published to crews and every view-only and crew link to them; itinerary links end when your company account is deleted. Until then, links you have shared keep working as you set them, and you can turn any of them off sooner.

Do you offer volume discounts?

From 50 licenses, yes — and multi-company setups (one contract, several operating companies) are exactly what Ganttry is built for. Contact sales, or see the Partner program if you resell to clients.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards via Stripe on monthly and annual plans. Annual plans of 25+ licenses can pay by invoice / PO.
