See it work.

Six things schedulers actually do all day — then a look inside the sandbox, rendered by the same CPM engine that runs the app. No signup, nothing to install.

STEP 1 · EDITING

Edit like a spreadsheet

Click a cell and type — Enter commits and moves down, Tab moves right, and pasting a block from Excel lands cell-by-cell from the active cell, mapping columns across like Excel does. The fill handle drags "Area 01" into Area 02, Area 03… Every edit is one Ctrl+Z of 100 levels.

STEP 2 · DEPENDENCIES

Link the logic

Predecessors read exactly like you learned them: 12, 12SS, 12FF, 12FS+3d, comma-separated. The Successors column mirrors automatically — type 14SS+2d on task 5 and task 14 gains the complement. Insert or delete rows and every reference renumbers itself, because links live on stable task identities underneath.

STEP 3 · CPM

Constraints, float & the critical path

All four MS Project constraint types, an independent deadline diamond, and a full backward pass: Late Start, Late Finish, Total and Free Float. Negative float shows red everywhere — grid, Gantt, exports. Widen the critical threshold to catch near-critical work before it goes critical.

Total float −3d — a Finish-No-Later-Than the chain can't meet, red in the grid, the Gantt and every export.
STEP 4 · BASELINES

Baselines & variance

Snapshot the plan at award, keep up to five named baselines, and draw any of them as gray bars under the live schedule. Start Var and Finish Var columns use the MS Project sign convention — positive slipped red, negative ahead green — and rows that slip get a red row number.

STEP 5 · UPDATES

Status the month

One dialog sets the data date and records per-task actuals, with "on plan" shortcuts for the easy ones. Completed work anchors at its actual dates, in-progress work resumes no earlier than the data date with retained logic, and the whole round is one Ctrl+Z. The blue data-date line draws on the Gantt and in PDFs.

STEP 6 · SUBMITTALS

Prove it to the owner

A one-click, 13-point schedule-quality audit adapted from the DCMA assessment: missing logic, leads, lags, hard constraints, high float, negative float, stale progress and more. Thresholds are editable and stored per project. Click a failing check to jump to the offenders, then export the letterhead PDF report that survives email.
