Procore is an all-in-one construction platform — RFIs, submittals, inspections, financials and a marketplace of 500+ apps — and its own scheduling tool, Procore Scheduling, has been generally available since February 2026. Ganttry does one job: the CPM schedule, the crews and the plan across your projects, at $20/user/month with every feature on every license.
Procore charges an upfront annual fee for each product you choose, based on your annual construction volume, with unlimited users. Ganttry's price is on the website: $20 per user per month, every feature included.
Procore Scheduling links activities four ways with lag, constrains dates and highlights the zero-float critical path. So does Ganttry. The difference is what surrounds the schedule — a whole platform, or crews and projects planned together.
Procore imports .xer, .mpp and .ppx files, with MS Project XML in beta. Ganttry imports P6 XER and MS Project XML, re-imports monthly updates in place and exports XML back. Neither makes you retype a schedule.
Procore doesn't publish prices. You choose the products you need, and Procore charges an upfront annual fee for each, based on your annual construction volume — the dollar value of the construction work across your projects. Every contract includes unlimited users. For a number, Procore builds you a quote.
Data storage and support come with every contract. The one exception to volume pricing is Procore's Field Productivity product, priced per full-time employee. No price on the website, no self-serve checkout — the quote comes from Procore's team.
Every feature on every license — the scheduler, Crew planning, the Master plan and the field app. A 14-day trial and card checkout; cancel anytime.
Compared against Procore Scheduling — the scheduling tool Procore made generally available in February 2026 — and, for crews, Procore Resource Planning. Procore sells its tools as products you pick, so where a feature lives in a separate product, the cell says so.
Procore Scheduling starts from a P6 or MS Project file or a blank page, and so does Ganttry: import the XER or MS Project XML and the logic, lags and calendars come through, with monthly updates re-importing in place. Ganttry exports MS Project XML, PDF, Excel and CSV. It has no Procore integration — if your team runs RFIs and money in Procore, Ganttry is a separate tool for the schedule and the crews.
