Keyboard shortcuts
The keyboard shortcuts the app lists, then the keys each page shows along its foot.
This is the same list the app shows: click ? in the top row, then Keyboard shortcuts… — it is also in your avatar menu and, in the editor, under Tools ▾. At the foot of the list, Print… opens the cheat sheet PDF, whose second page is every shortcut, ready to pin up in the site trailer, and In the manual opens this page in a new tab. You can also download the PDF from the cheat sheet page.

| Enter / F2 / type | Edit the selected cell (Enter finishes the edit and moves down) |
| Tab / Shift+Tab | Indent / outdent selected tasks |
| Tab (while editing) | Finish the cell edit and move right |
| Alt+↑ / Alt+↓ | Move selected tasks up / down |
| Drag row number | Rearrange tasks (multi-select drags as a group) |
| Shift+click / Ctrl+click | Select a range / toggle rows |
| Ctrl+C / Ctrl+X / Ctrl+V | Copy / cut / paste tasks (groups keep their links; pastes into Excel too) |
| Ctrl+= / Ctrl+- | Insert / delete task |
| Ctrl+L | Link selected tasks finish-to-start |
| Ctrl+B / Ctrl+I / Ctrl+U | Bold / italic / underline selected rows (Format ▾ adds strikethrough) |

| Ctrl+A | Select all visible tasks |
| Ctrl+scroll (Gantt) | Zoom the timeline |
| Drag bar / edge / past end | Move task / change duration / draw a link |
| / | Focus the filter box on any page that has one |
| Enter | Open the project, or show the row's details in the side pane |
| Esc | Clear the filter, close the menu, or deselect the row |
| PgUp / PgDn | Calendar — previous / next month or week |
| ← / → | Calendar — move a day; Work board — move a column |
| Shift+F2 | Open Crew & equipment… for the active row (grid) |
| Space | Projects — tick the row (the selection Master plan and reports use) |
| Esc, then Tab (grid) | Leave the grid (Tab alone indents) |
| Alt+Shift+− / Alt+Shift+= | Collapse / expand the selected summary rows (grid) |
| Ctrl+Shift+V | Paste as new rows below the selection, not over cells (grid) |
| Alt+click a bar | Split the task at that day (Gantt) |
| Space (checkbox cell) | Tick or untick the cell (grid) |
| Ctrl+K | Go to a page, a command or a project |
